Curd proteret through a sieve, add sour cream, eggs, butter, salt, sugar, yeast, flour, dough to prepare the dough. The dough should not be tight ( not like the dumplings) and a little bland. Put in a warm place and put a couple up.
Then roll into a sausage and cut into pieces about 3x3 cm
I did hearts and destock
Fry in hot oil until done (until Golden brown)
The table can be served with sour cream and powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
