  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Fat

    2 cup

Curd proteret through a sieve, add sour cream, eggs, butter, salt, sugar, yeast, flour, dough to prepare the dough. The dough should not be tight ( not like the dumplings) and a little bland. Put in a warm place and put a couple up.

Then roll into a sausage and cut into pieces about 3x3 cm

Fry in hot oil until done (until Golden brown)
