Cooking

step-0
Almost everything you need for the test (+ one coffee pod).
step-1
With a mixer thoroughly beat into a nice smooth batter of eggs, butter, salt, sugar, flour, milk, nutmeg and coffee.
step-2
Now you need to heat the pan and grease it with vegetable oil (about 0.5 - 1стол.l.), the excess to drain, and slightly reduce fire... the Scoop:) pour the batter into the pan, wait until edges begin to brown, then carefully with a spatula to separate the edges from the pans and fingers quickly turn our pancake :)
step-3
Fry until zolotisty (coffee gives a special stronger brown pancakes..and of course, what was the flavor...mmm...).
step-4
Bake the rest and put our pancakes with shot.
step-5
Everything you need for the filling and decoration (+ powdered sugar, although it is possible and without it, it just contrasts beautifully with the coffee and pancakes).
step-6
The chocolate should be melted. Can in the microwave (just don't overdo!!), a simple water bath. Mix the sour cream with the chocolate until smooth and creamy.
step-7
Half of the pancake grease cream...
step-8
Cover with the second half... Peaches must be cut into pretty slices...then dip the slice in the cream, put the folded edge in half of pancake and roll up the rosebud.
step-9
Spread the pancakes on a plate, decorate with lemon, cream, lemon balm leaves and sugar. Pleasant to You of appetite!!! :) P. S. you can use any fruit instead of peaches, but it is better sour, it will taste great. P. S. 1 and the lemon need not only for decoration, it perfectly accentuates the taste of chocolate cream and is a wonderful addition to these pancakes
