A sauce of chickpeas and yogurt to pancakes
Awesome sauce! It can be cooked as a sauce and as a savoury filling for pancakes. This sauce is a real mystery, it was prepared as a filling, my guests with an appetite for gobbling up the pancakes, nobody could tell what the filling is. It is very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Chickpeas

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cumin

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking with sunflower oil Oleina

Boil the chickpeas. You can use canned.

Need 300 g cooked chickpeas.

1 bell pepper cleaned, cut the flesh into cubes.

In skillet, heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil Oleina and fry the pepper along with the cumin seeds for 2-3 minutes.

Add 2 large minced cloves of garlic.

Chop the greens, recipe cilantro, I cook with parsley.

Add the pepper to the cooked chickpeas and a bit of chopped greens, salt and season with black pepper and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

To shift the chickpeas with the vegetables in the bowl of a blender

To cool, add chopped herbs and dilute it with natural yogurt to desired consistency.

The stuffing is ready.

Can be stuffed pancakes or make a more liquid sauce and dip it in the pancakes. It turns out delicious and hearty dish.
