Dessert Queen
This recipe I found online but unfortunately I forgot on what site I wanted to thank the hostess, a very delicate taste of the cupcakes, especially very good pear!!! Very easy, delicious and flavorful recipe!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Flour almond

    80 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.125 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Jam apricot

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil in a saucepan 3/4 of a liter of water with 100 gr. sugar and a pinch of cinnamon (the water should cover the pears).

Pear peel, sprinkle with lemon juice and lightly cut the base so the pears did not fall during baking.

Put the pears in the boiling syrup and cook them on medium heat for 25 minutes.

Whisk the eggs + 60g of sugar.

Add sour cream, flour, baking powder and vanilla (optional).

Mix everything carefully.

Ceramic molds grease with oil, I have oil in the canister.

Pour the batter to half the mould.

In the center put a bag.

Sprinkle with almonds.

Put in oven (200 degrees) for 20 minutes. Here they are, ready!

Apricot jam lightly heat.

Remove the pears from the oven and smear them with jam!!!
