Orange thoroughly wash and remove the zest with a fine grater
A squeeze of orange juice
The onion has become Golden
Add to the onions the zest and juice of orange, cranberry, honey and soy sauce. Mix well and cook on medium heat under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the lid and add salt and red chili pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until thick. Can try the taste. If you find it too sour, you can add 0.5 tsp. of sugar.
Slightly cool the sauce and puree in a blender or RUB through a sieve.
