Stuffed pepper
My mother and I for the winter in jars close the peppers to winter his stuff. Present for your consideration my version of stuffed pepper.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Celery root

Finely chop the onion, carrots and celery to grate on a coarse grater, parsnips cut into julienne all the vegetables and fry in vegetable oil. Part of roasted vegetables left to fill.
