Roasted potatoes "the Fall of the Internet"

Wanted to update the "trough" for baking and to cook baked potatoes recipe by Natasha "xsenia" http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/188 87/, but fell off the Internet, and also pictures in the mind nothing is left of the recipe :) I had a "photographic" memory to restore the recipe :) And here's what came out :)

Ingredients

Potatoes
Carrots

3 piece
Celery root
Greens
Cream

200 ml
Cheese

80 g
Salt
Garlic

3 tooth

Cooking

Harvesting :)

Lubricating oil a baking dish (the pan) And put sliced potatoes, carrots and celery

Pour in the whipped cream, press out the garlic and a little salt.
