Fish cutlets

Cooking

Frozen boiled sea Kale, boiled carrots, fish fillets, onion mince together with soaked in milk white bread. Season with salt and pepper. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly minced.

Formed oval Patty, putting in the middle of a piece of butter.

Roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry until Golden brown.

For each cake I put a little sour cream (although, it's not for everybody, and you can apply the cream separately as a sauce). Bring to readiness in the oven (10-15 minutes).

Hot cakes sprinkle with herbs and decorate with the bell pepper (optional).
