Earlier I have posted the recipe for pumpkin baskets with this salad... And now I want to make this beautiful dish as a separate recipe. This salad deserves attention. At the same time simple but incredibly delicious... When I had a holiday, had guests, I cooked this dish, all the guests called it a Warm pasta salad, so you leave. This salad goes with a Bang. Cooking
Pasta can take any. I figured, or make homemade noodles that are tastier and healthier. Cabbage disassemble into florets, peel the vegetables.
Meat cut into pieces, finely chop the onion ( I rubbed on a coarse grater), carrots to RUB on a small grater.
Cheese also grate on a fine grater.
Cauliflower boil in salted water and cut into pieces.
Meat fry in vegetable oil until tender, season with salt to taste.
Add to the meat, cauliflower, onions and carrots, and cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat.
Cook pasta in salted water, drain the water. To the hot pasta, add fried meat with vegetables and grated cheese. Mix well.
In the end, add finely chopped greens.
