Lemon cake with poppy seeds
I invite You, cooks, for tea with very aromatum, gentle, moderately moist cupcake! Preparing a cupcake is very easy, even for an inexperienced cook. Come visit.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    120 ml

  • Mac

    20 g

  • Lemon peel

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    220 g

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

In a bowl pour the sugar, beat the eggs, add sour cream and mix with a mixer on the lowest speed until smooth. Mixer remove, we do not need.

Add lemon zest, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Stir with a spatula.

Sift flour, add baking powder and poppy seeds. Mix well.

Several techniques are introducing the dry mixture into liquid, mix well with a spatula until smooth. The dough should be watery, to drain from the spatula.

Special grease cake pan with vegetable oil, pour our dough and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 35-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven!

The finished cake leave in the form for 30 minutes. Then take out from the mold and completely cool.

Prepare the glaze: sifted powdered sugar mix with lemon juice.

Pour the cake, decorate according to Your desire. Give the glaze to harden well.
