Eateries bagels to beer
Wonderful bagels with fillings of meat and fish, for every taste, so to speak. Very tasty with a cold beer... with sweet tea.)))

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    250 g

  • Meat

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

    1 handful

  • Fennel seeds

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Cooking

For bagels with meat mix in a bowl of light soy sauce, mustard and honey.

Roll the dough into a rectangular layer thickness 5 mm. Grease it with sauce.

On top lay the slices of dry cured meat. Cut the dough with filling into triangles and roll the bagels.

Chop the dill and chili pepper.

Mix olive oil, light soy sauce, lemon juice, chili pepper and dill.

Roll the dough in a layer, 5 mm thick, and brush with sauce.

Lay out the salmon slices, cut into triangles and roll the bagels.

Put the bagels on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk. Meat sprinkle with sesame seeds, fish with fennel seeds.

Bake in the oven heated to 200 degrees, about 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven, time may need more or less.
