Description
The reason for the appearance on my Desk of this salad was the desire to have a little family celebration. The fact that her husband finally passed the exams and got my license. So I wanted to make him happy. And I must say that more than anything he loves boiled potatoes, meat (like all men) and that it was in the company of a light vegetable salad. So I had to be creative when cooking dinner. The husband was pleased, but that still need a loving wife :)

Cooking
Here is a simple set of products we need. Don't forget to wash and dry.
So, let's start. Salad leaves lay on a flat dish.
Radish to grate on a coarse grater. Chop the spring onion finely and mix with radish.
Oranges peel, so you can see the pulp. Gently with a knife to cut slices without the white film. All manipulations with the hold orange over a bowl, which collected all of the released juice, we'll need that.
Peeled orange slices cut into pieces, a few cloves, you can leave for decoration.
The remaining after the cutting of the orange juice add the vegetable oil, salt, pepper, favorite spices. Lightly whisk all with a fork until smooth.
Add to the radish oranges and dressing, all mix well and spread on lettuce leaves.
Actually, the salad was ready, but something was missing, some raisins. That's the idea, I thought, but instead of raisins took a small handful of dried cranberries (she's got sweet). This final touch added spice to the finished taste of the salad. It remains to decorate salad in the best of their ability and desire orange slices and parsley and serve.
