Pork with gravy in Georgian style
A delicious, hearty, spicy dish. Moderately spicy and spicy. Harmoniously selected spices. Pork is obtained, without false modesty, "melting on the lips". Help yourself!

  • Pickled cucumber

  • Sour cream

  • Utsho-suneli

    1 tsp

  • Adjika

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

Onion cut into half rings, pork small pieces. The pan heat, put oil and onion with the meat. Fry on high heat for 5-7 minutes with constant stirring. The key word here: CONTINUOUS. Then just add seasoning and salt.

Pour water, the fire abated to a minimum. Stir and close the lid. Simmer on low heat for at least 50 minutes. After this time, add to the meat cucumbers, cut into slices. Stir and leave for another 10 minutes.

Pour utsho-suneli, in Russia known under the name of Fenugreek. Mix well.

Immediately spread the sour cream, stir and leave for 10 minutes. The fire is not replaceable (small). Serve the meat with your favorite side dish, vegetables and herbs.
