Dumplings with mushrooms in milk sauce
Dumplings-tasty, hearty dish. Millet flakes give the dumplings more delicate and bright taste, and a fragrant sauce makes this dish even tastier! Welcome to the table!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    195 g

  • Wheat flakes

    80 g

  • Vegetable oil

    80 ml

  • Milk

    550 ml

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • A mixture of spices

  • Greens

In a pan pour 250 ml of milk and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil.

In the boiling milk mixture add the millet flakes and half the flour. Quickly and thoroughly grind.

Gradually add remaining flour, knead the dough. It will be soft and slightly sticky.
