These cabbage rolls were cooked lamb - it goes well with pickles. But any other meat cabbage rolls will turn out very tasty, juicy, with an unusual cream sauce!

Cooking
Cabbage or boiled, or baked in the oven or in the microwave. To disassemble on the leaves.
To make the mince or you can buy ready. I did myself and I have a composition of minced meat (lamb 700 grams, onion 2 pieces garlic - 5 tooth.)
Season with salt, if desired pepper, add yogurt and mix well.
Wash rice, add to the mince and mix well.
On cabbage leaf put some of the mince.
Forming the cabbage rolls.
First, fry the cabbage with butter on fairly high heat until light Browning.
Dressing MAGGI® Dressing for the Pickle. It contains natural vegetables and real pickles.
Add one-third Cup water and simmer on low heat covered for about 30 minutes. Served to the table!
