Roasted vegetables for a side dish or salad
Healthy and very tasty grilled vegetables as a side dish, or salad! Not only during lent, but in every day to adhere to a healthy and delicious food! And if you bake in batches, as I did, such a container you can take anywhere with you! In addition, the dish is prepared simply and quickly!

Ingredients

  • Beets

  • Carrots

  • Green beans

    2 handful

  • Garlic

  • Olive oil

    25 ml

  • Soy sauce

    25 ml

  • Adjika

    0.5 tsp

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Arugula

  • Cashews

  • Coriander
