Cooking
Vegetables cut to cut arbitrarily, I have large strips, place in a baking dish, add the beans;
Oil mixed with soy sauce, sauce;
Pour mixture of vegetables and bake at 190 degrees until done; I love that the vegetables remain a little crunchy - it's 20 minutes;
Cooked vegetables to cool slightly and eat!
For a salad to mixed vegetables add the coriander, cherry tomatoes, rucola and nuts to taste!
