Gingerbread chocolate-spicy
At night, you can read, paint nails, watch movies etc, and can bake amazing cakes. Chocolate, tangy with a salty aftertaste... Mmm... And let the whole world wait!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

In a blender, whisk the butter powder and egg.

Sift the flour, add the honey, baking powder, cocoa and spices. Salt! Knead the dough. It should not stick to hands!

The dough turns out like this. Gentle and mild. We can move on to gingerbread!

Roll out the dough sausage and divide ( roughly) into 12-14 small pieces. Roll into balls, slightly prelucrate fingers and roll in powdered sugar.
