Apple-onion biscuit
The fact that this biscuit is delicious is to say nothing!!! Quite unusual, but very simple and elegant combination that will have your taste! Delicious crumbly pastry and a pleasant sour-sweet filling! In my opinion-very good and original cakes!) Recipe from mariha-kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chilled blend butter with the sifted flour into crumbs.

Add salt, cheese grated on a fine grater and rosemary. Beat the egg and knead elastic dough. If necessary, can add the flour!

Ready put the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

For the filling: onion cut into half rings, peeled apples in small slices. Add a pinch of sugar and fry in butter for 5-7 minutes.

The dough thinly roll out on a work surface sprinkled with flour. Then gently transfer to a baking tray covered with baking paper. Stepping back from the edge of 5 cm put the stuffing.

Sprinkle with stuffing and cheese. Wrap the edges of the dough to the center and to form the biscuits. Grease the biscuits with egg yolk and bake for 25-30 minutes at t 180 degrees until Browning.
