Delicious toast for Breakfast
Say as the day begins, so spend it. While the window is still snowing, I suggest you start the day with a delicious and colorful Breakfast. And spinach on toast with egg will help to make Breakfast tasty and healthy, and will give you a little spring mood.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    5 slice

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Parmesan

    1 handful

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

To prepare the products. Rinse spinach, shake off and dry, coarsely tear the bread slice into desired amount of slices

The bread and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and dry in the oven or toaster

Grate the cheese or to take the already grated, chopped onion, cloves garlic, peel and crush with the flat side of a knife.

In butter fry the crushed garlic until a slight aroma.

Add to garlic spinach and onion and stew all together for 1-2 minutes. Garlic can be removed at will.

On toasted bread spread a handful of Parmesan on top put the spinach and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Boil egg or to do poached, which in my opinion, is the most appropriate. Serve the toast with the egg. Here is a good start, good day )
