The egg-onion bruschetta
Bruschetta is a traditional Italian dish, it slices dried bread with any toppings or fillings.

Ingredients

  • Baton

    6 slice

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Spread the slices on a baking sheet. Put it in the oven, ensure that the underside of the slice acquired a Golden color. Turn slices to the other side.

Both sides should be Golden brown, take out from the oven. Allow to cool and RUB garlic with salt. Brush with olive oil.

Green onions finely chop.

Eggs to grate on a fine grater.

Put the eggs into slices, and then sprinkle top with green onions.
