Warm salad with mussels and anchovy sauce
One of the favorite salads - simple, nutritious and incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    1 kg

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Anchovies

    6 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    50 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    1 pack

  • Lemon

  • Salt

It would be really good if You buy the freshest mussels good company. I bought this bundle (for reference - Dorogomilovsky market this pack is worth 200 rubles.).
