It would be really good if You buy the freshest mussels good company. I bought this bundle (for reference - Dorogomilovsky market this pack is worth 200 rubles.).
Be sure all the mussels to be washed, to separate the shells from the mussels and put back in the sink. Spread in a pan without oil.
Take a bunch of Basil and 3 garlic cloves.
Finely chop Basil and garlic, I rubbed on a small grater, you can RUB it with salt.
Mix with softened butter, add salt (optional).

Sprinkle with bread crumbs mixed 50/50 with Parmesan cheese. Put in oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180*C.
