Cooking
Make the dough: margarine shall pound with sugar,
then add the flour (the baking soda is not necessary)
and quickly make dough. The dough will be soft, but do not add more flour.
Then roll the dough into the reservoir (no more than 5 mm), and cut circles slightly larger than the diameter of the top of the form.
Lay out the circles to form and dough inside the shape. When baking the dough a little "sit down", so it must "pull" to the brim, if a small form (I have the bottom 4 cm).
This number of products I got 16 pieces tartlets.
Bake in heated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
While the baskets are cooling, prepare the prunes: stuff it with walnuts. The rest grind nuts as fine as possible.
Now melt the chocolate (reserve 10 grams for garnish).
Dip the prunes into the chocolate, then one side in chopped nuts and refrigerate.
Now take the cooled basket for the bottom, dip the edges in chocolate and then in nuts. Put into the fridge.
Soak gelatin in cold water (about 50 ml of water) to swell.
Whisk the cream with powdered sugar until stable peaks. Add the yogurt and gently stir.
Dissolve the gelatin on the stove (do not boil!) and slightly cool.
Then pour gelatin in a thin stream into the mixture of cream and yoghurt, all this simultaneously whisking with a mixer. Leave the cream to rest for 15-20 minutes (not in fridge). Then again, a good whisk and refrigerate for 10 minutes (to quickly "grabbed").
Then fill the pastry syringe with cream, forming a rosette of cream in the middle of the tartlets, sprinkle with grated chocolate on top and decorate with prunes.
