A very delicious dessert tartlets. A great addition to any holiday table! They can apply not only to hot drinks - coffee or tea, but also to alcohol, for example, dessert red wine. For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Cooking
You must first make tartlets shortcrust nut pastry: for this mix on the table sifted flour, sugar and ground nuts.
Next grate the butter. Talk fingers the pastry to a state of bread crumbs.
And mix the dough until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
When the dough is chilled, roll it quite thin and cut out circles for our molds (molds should be lubricated with oil). Put the greaseproof paper or foil and fill with fasolo.
Tartlets are baked at 180 degrees for 15 minutes until Golden brown.
Ganache is a chocolate mixture a creamy texture. Cooked very easily: three grated chocolate.
Cream boil and pour in, stirring in the chocolate. There add the strawberry puree (I puree was not, I added syrup). But it's all on Your preferences: you can add red wine (2 tbsp) and then get wine ganache. The important thing is that the texture of the ganache was like a cream, but liquid enough that it was possible to pour into the tartlets. Then it hardens very nicely!
Pour the ganache on the tartlets in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Decorate with chocolate or berries. Berries are not in season, so I adorned chewing marmalade (kids were thrilled))) Raduyte yourself and your guests!)))
