Eggplant with mustard seeds
For me this is a good recipe for stewed eggplant! Favorite sauce "Kikkoman", mustard seeds... so cute click on the teeth... the smell of Bay leaves! Ah! Try it! Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mustard seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggplant wash and dry. Cut into medium pieces and cover with lemon juice to black

Peel the onion and cut into half rings Sunflower oil to heat and saute the onions to the glass color, Add a tablespoon of mustard seeds and extinguish 3 minutes.

Add the fire. Spread the eggplant ( with juice), finely sliced garlic and chilli. Chopped tomatoes, Bay leaves, sugar. Mix well. Fry for a minute. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid. Simmer until tender eggplant.

Add our favorite soy sauce "Kikkoman". Bring to a boil. Can be served!
