Cooking
Onions to chop thin rings.
Potatoes slice it into thin round slices.
At the bottom of a baking dish put potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Place a layer of stuffing.
Place a layer of onion rings.
Dill and parsley to chop, sprinkle with fresh herbs, a layer of meat and onions.
Spread rest of the potatoes.
In a bowl add the vegetable oil (2 tbsp), sweet paprika (1 teaspoon) sour cream (3 tablespoons), a little salt and pepper to taste
Mixture stir well, add water (1/3 Cup)
Add the spicy filling into the baking dish.
To the butter add the flour.
Sprinkle the top gratins with oil chips. Gratin send in the oven, bake until tender. At the end of baking turn on the grill and brown the top layer.
