Seemingly ordinary cupcakes... but no.. unusual... with cottage cheese filling and sprinkled with strategem, and inside the berry sour... very tasty! Come on in, help yourself!

Cooking
First, beat the egg with sugar.
Add baking soda and flour. Knead the dough.
Separately mix everything for cottage cheese filling.
Combine the ingredients for stresses and turn them into crumbs.
In molds for mini-muffins, spread a little dough, then a little cottage cheese filling. Spread berries (I used red currants) and sprinkle with crumbs. A little press and bake at 180 C 30-40 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
