Cherry pie
I suggest to try a very tasty, crumbly cake with cherries and almond. Come on seagulls?

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    270 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cherry

    250 g

  • Almonds

    130 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Get the margarine out of the fridge and let it thaw at room temperature.

Will proseem the required amount of flour, add baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Let's thaw the cherries and drain the juice, we wouldn't need in a cake.

Whisk margarine with sugar and vanilla until fluffy.

Add the mayonnaise, it will give the cake an additional splendor and looseness. Continue whisking.

Enter the eggs one by one, each time stirring well until smooth.

Add dry constituents and mix at low speed of mixer until smooth.

Spread the batter in a form (I have a diameter of 27 cm) lined with parchment and greased with butter or margarine.

Spread dough on top of cherries and sprinkle almond petals. Put into the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 45 minutes.

Take out the finished cake.
