Salad for Breakfast with radicchio Rosso
Light salad with my favorite subspecies of green, I eat it for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    1 handful

  • Cabbage

    1 handful

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    7 piece

  • Quail egg

    7 piece

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

So, finely chop the vegetables: lettuce,

Boil the quail eggs.

Vegetables stir, if it's on the table - you add the rest and put on the table, but if like me - processing, we remove at night in a jar.

In the morning stir the vegetables with salt and butter and spread layers with tomatoes and halved eggs - this is to ensure that the tomatoes gave the juice, and the yolk is not smeared.
