Ginger Galeta with plums

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Drain

    300 g

Mix flour, 3 tbsp powdered sugar, cinnamon, ginger and butter. Grind into crumbs.

Add the cream cheese and sweet soy sauce.

Knead the dough, formed the ball out of it and film put in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet. On top sprinkle with starch, having receded from edges, see 3.
