Spicy rice salad with corn and green peas
Salad with specialii and Cayenne pepper. Can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish to meat.

Ingredients

  • Corn

    200 g

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    0.25 cup

  • Lemon juice

    0.333 cup

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Pepper Cayenne

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    5 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Spices

Boil the rice and cool. Peas and corn thawed and blanched in boiling salted water 2 minutes, cool in cold water. Pepper cut into small cubes, onion and cilantro cut.

For dressing mix olive oil, lime or lemon juice, paprika, cumin and a pinch of Cayenne pepper (or to taste). Recipe Cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp. for my taste it's too much, but who likes very spicy food, take a chance!

All the ingredients (except cilantro) put in a large dish, stir, add salt and pepper to taste, season. Allow to infuse for 20 minutes to let the rice absorb the spices. Before serving, add the cilantro. BON APPETIT!
