Cooking
Zucchini wash, dry and cut into thin slices, BUT! without cutting to the end.
Then retreating for two circles to cut them to get such"pockets". Squash pockets add salt to taste and allow to rest for about 7 minutes.

Also in the beef add spices to your taste, sesame seeds and sesame oil, mix well. Try the forcemeat to salt, if not enough, add more soy sauce.
