Tender juicy chicken, with a touch of acidity, sweetness and aroma of fruit. This dish is quite diet, decorate as a family dinner or holiday table.

Cooking
For cooking take the chicken, wash it and dry it with a paper towel and cut into portions. Can take the individual chicken parts as desired. The chicken add salt, sprinkle with your seasoning, finely chopped garlic, pour lemon juice, grated. Put to marinate in the cold for 1 hour. I have a dry seasoning of garlic, chilli, black pepper, dried onion, thyme, rosemary, mustard seeds and dried tomatoes.
In a hot pan in vegetable oil fry the chicken pieces (put skin-side down), turn over and fry until Golden brown.
I take prunes and dried apricots. If you have very dry dried fruit, then soak them for an hour in boiling water. Put the dried fruit to the chicken.
Apples (I have three) do on a juicer, freshly squeezed Apple juice.
Pour Apple juice chicken with dried fruit.
Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Ready chicken sprinkle with herbs, served hot. It is combined with the classic rice, potatoes and vegetables. Bon appetit!
