Sweet cake with peaches and chocolate
Delicate, fragrant sweet cake with peaches and chocolate. For baking the pie, I used a sliding frame.

Ingredients

  • Peach

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    180 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Orange zest

    1 pack

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Yogurt

    170 ml

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Dark chocolate

    20 g

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggs vzbit in a solid foam.

Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and continue to beat.

Continuing to whisk, add the orange zest. Pour in the yogurt.

Mix the dry mixture in a separate bowl the cornstarch, flour, baking powder, corn flour.

The dry mixture add in the egg and continue whisking.

Add soft butter and beat.

Chocolate RUB on a grater.

Peaches peel, cut in small pieces, sprinkle them with breadcrumbs.

Baking tray lay baking paper, grease with butter, set the frame (18.5 x 27.5 in), or take the form of a small size. Pour part of the batter into the form. On the dough put peaches.

Sprinkle with chocolate.

Pour the second part of the test. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25-30 mins until Golden brown. The readiness check wooden spacey.

Cool on a wire rack.

To remove the frame, liberally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
