Blueberry chocolate cupcake
Chocolate and blueberries - it's delicious! A simple recipe for lovers of wet baking.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Jam

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Glaze

Ingredients. To the usual ingredients for cupcake added blueberry jam TM Mahe. It is delicious not only in baking, but in and of itself.

Mix all the dry ingredients.

Separately mix the eggs, milk, BlackBerry jam, butter.

Gradually add the dry mixture, knead semi-liquid dough with a mixer or an ordinary fork.

In the muffin tin ready to pour the batter. Bake at 180*C for about 50-60 minutes.

Carefully remove the cake from the form, turning into prepared dish. It turns out very tasty, moist and fragrant cake!

Decorate according to your taste. I used almond ready-made frosting.
