Greek eggplants (appetizer)
With meat the most!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Eggplant wash, peel like a Zebra

Cut into small cubes and fry until Golden brown

Large onion (onion is better to take sweet, relatively)

Grate

Eggplant pulled back, so that the glass excess oil

Peppered onions

Cover and put into the refrigerator for 6 hours (at night)

Then in a bowl shift and stir, add the garlic (through the press), parsley+nuts+Mayo nez. Salt and pepper
