Waffles semolina
Waffles - a favorite with all the delicious pastries! For Breakfast or an afternoon snack they will always be handy. This waffle recipe with the addition of semolina. Waffles with semolina gives a very loose, gentle and soft. We love them with sour cream and jam.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Semolina

    100 g

Cooking

Melt the butter, add the sour cream and eggs, mix everything with a whisk

Add to the mix the sugar ( my brown sugar from the Mistral Demerara)

Stir in semolina, sifted flour and stir well with a whisk to avoid lumps

Leave the dough for 20 minutes covered. Add vanilla sugar and baking powder and again mix well. If you want a more interesting taste - add lemon zest (1 tsp) instead of vanilla sugar

Bake in preheated waffle iron until Golden brown

Serve with sour cream, jam, honey, condensed milk.

Test structure the waffles with semolina gives a very delicate and airy. Crispy on the outside and soft inside - delicious!!!
