Description
Very sweet, very nutty cake. Prepared without flour, but in the dough and in the cream contain nuts. Very satisfying, but no less delicious. Prepared simply, and the next day taste even better.

Cooking
Grind 1 Cup nuts with 1/4 Cup of powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.
With a mixer, beat half the butter and the remaining 3/4 Cup of powdered sugar. For cooking I use powdered sugar firms NAA.
Add the egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in chopped nuts.
Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks.
Gently stir whites into nut mixture.
In a baking dish, put parchment, grease with butter. Pour the resulting dough. Bake for 35-40 minutes until Golden brown in a preheated 200 degree oven.
Cool completely. In a food processor to grind the remaining Cup nuts with powdered sugar. Add the remaining oil and beat again until creamy and smooth.
To spread cream on the surface of the cooled cake.
Cut into rectangular cakes and serve. Bon appetit!
