Very light, zesty, fresh salad will delight you and your family. Try it and you might like it.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Ginger

  • Wasabi

  • Marinade

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion.

When the onions are browned, add the pre-soaked white Chinese mushroom. Lightly fry, add a little soy sauce.

Boil chicken, cool and cut into arbitrarily.

Cucumbers cut into strips.

Green onions, parsley, dill finely chop.

Now prepare the sauce: 7 tablespoons soy sauce, 6 plates of ginger (chopped), 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of marinade of ginger, 0.5 teaspoon of wasabi and a pinch of spicy red pepper through garlic press missed. Mix well until smooth.
