Tea cupcake
Tomorrow my husband's anniversary of 30 years. Decided to make it a tea cake. For a basis I took the recipe Nicky Belotserkovsky. In the absence of some products had a bit of a recipe change. Stir flour with baking powder, salt, nutmeg, pepper, and lemon zest. Add the lightly beaten eggs.

Mix with the raisin mixture. Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Pour the batter into the form, shots the bottom with parchment and bake for 40-50 minutes. The finished cake should be firm and dense.
