Cooking
Rinse the raisins. In a bowl mix the raisins, cranberries, sugar, tea and cognac. Cover with plastic film and leave overnight.
Stir flour with baking powder, salt, nutmeg, pepper, and lemon zest. Add the lightly beaten eggs.
Mix with the raisin mixture. Mix well.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Pour the batter into the form, shots the bottom with parchment and bake for 40-50 minutes. The finished cake should be firm and dense.
