Gorgonzola-cantucci
The original name of "cantucci al gorgonzola". Very tasty cookies for good wine.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    210 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Milk

    60 ml

  • Blue cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    40 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sundried tomatoes

  • Chili

  • Black pepper

  • Salt
