Pancakes stuffed with cod liver
Pancakes are delicious and hearty. You can serve it both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

    7 piece

  • Cod liver oil

    250 g

  • Walnuts

    4 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Milk beat the egg, stir in the flour, add the salt and vegetable oil. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Bake the pancakes evenly on both sides (I baked in vegetable oil). Ready pancakes cool.

Cod liver oil mash with a fork.

Finely chop the greens.

All folded up in a bowl, mix, season with salt and pepper.

Put on a damn tablespoon with a slide of the filling,

Ready pancakes fold on a cutting Board in one layer, cover with clingfilm and put into the freezer. When the pancakes will freeze, can be shifted in the package. It is possible to defrost in a pan or in the microwave.
