Cooking
For this dish, I suggest using the rice cultivar "Italica" from TM "Mistral"
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces
Onions purify and cut into small cubes. Heat the pan and fry the fillets from both sides, then add the onions. Fry all together on medium heat until until the onions will become a Golden color.

... and put them in the pan. Then add tomato juice and water 700 ml, bring to the boil and pour the rice, salt, pepper and turmeric. Mix well and cook under lid on medium heat. If you pour water and cook until fully cooked rice.
When the rice is ready add the peas and garlic (passed through press), cook another couple of minutes and remove pan from heat.
Fig Catalan is ready to be served!
