Merry Mocha Cookies. These cookies are a real delight for lovers of chocolate and coffee, as these 2 taste very felt in the cookies!!! Easy to prepare, and the dough is very nice! The aroma came up to the neighbours and had to buy - but we are a family fun, so all good talk!

Cooking
1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add the egg and vanilla - mix well.
3. Add the flour, cocoa, salt, coffee and cinnamon.
5. Hands to give the dough the form of a log (didn't know how to translate it another way :-[ )
6. Wrap in baking paper and in the freezer for 1 hour (flip over every 20 minutes to keep the form).
7. Remove the dough and roll in sesame seeds.
8. Sesame seeds should be good to cover the dough.
9. Cut into slices thickness of 0.5 cm (* but I next time I will cut 0.3 cm).
10. In the oven for 15 minutes (if they are 0.5 cm) at 175*C.
11. Cookies put on the grill until cool.
