Pickled beets with zucchini
Sweet and spicy veggies will satisfy all lovers of Korean snacks.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Rosemary

    0.5 tsp

  • Sumy

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    1 tsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

Beets peel, wash and grate on a grater. Zucchini wash and grate it.
