Eggs stuffed with capers and cream cheese frosting
To diversify the holiday table, you can cook stuffed with cheese cream eggs. A spicy touch to this dish will make capers.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Capers

    16 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Eggs boiled, cut into two parts. Of egg halves, remove the yolk.

In a bowl add grated cheese, grated egg yolk.

Garlic (1 tooth.) pass through a garlic press, add to the mixture grated egg yolk and cheese. Mix salt to taste.

Add mayonnaise (2 tbsp.).

Carrots to boil, cut small cubes.

Add part of the chopped carrots to the mixture grated cheese and egg yolk. The mixture knead well.

Add the capers (from 2.) protein in every Cup.

Then cooked cream cheese. Decorate the snack with sprigs of dill and diced boiled carrots.
