Cooking
I have left the dough from the pies, and used it. If you are ready, use your favorite recipe. For the sweet toppings mix all dry ingredients.
To the stuffing add the melted butter and the cognac, mix well.
For salt - the mushrooms and onions finely chop, fry in a small quantity of vegetable oil.
Cheese cut into small slices; I had three, but you can take more.
The mushrooms and onions grind together with cheese in a blender to a paste (pate).
Divide the dough into 4 pieces, roll out each part with stuffing and turn tight roll.
Cut each roll into 2 parts, but NOT to the end! Twist between the halves so that the slit with the stuffing was not inside, but outside.
Forming the rings so that they fell apart in the baking process, well anchored by the ends. Then sent in a preheated 180C oven for 25-30 minutes. Bake until Golden color, you can optionally sprinkle with melted butter, for savoury - add the garlic.
I got 4 rings of medium size, quickly they left with tea)) the Stuffing you can use any on Your taste!
