Chocolate cupcakes
Tender chocolate cupcakes with orange butter cream! Quick and simple cakes, an excellent result!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Orange zest

    1 piece

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

Chocolate melt in a water bath.

Beat butter with sugar. Not less than 3 minutes.

Add the eggs, cocoa powder, chocolate and a little whip.

Next add the sifted flour with the baking powder, mix well. Preheat the oven to 180*C. Spread the dough on the oiled moulds (if using paper liners, grease is not necessary). Bake for 15-20 min.

While the muffins are in the oven, make cream. Prepare the zest and juice of an orange.

Blend butter with powdered sugar.

Next, add the zest and juice. And begin to whisk. 2-3 minutes. Cream very - white to orange spots :) (For those who loves sour, it is better to use lemon because the cupcakes turn out very sweet).

Cooled our cupcakes. Take a very sharp knife and cut away the tip :)
