Description

Warm salad of rice noodles and shrimp
Something similar was tried with her husband at the sushi bar. I don't know how I managed to repeat the salad, but it turned out very tasty and original! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Noodles

    200 g

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    6 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Broth

    100 g

The products that we need.

Rice noodles boiled in water (not salt!) for 10 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse.

Shrimp boil for 5-7 minutes (do not salt!)

Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with the following sauce: 100 g hot chicken broth (I used cubes), 6 tsp soy sauce 2 tsp of rice vinegar. Mix well, spread on a dish, decorate with greens and green peas. Bon appetit!!!
