Sweet potatoes peeled and cut into thin slices. Apples cut into slices.
Form size 24-26 cm grease with butter and put back the sweet potatoes and apples, alternating slices of both. I have a sweet potato chopped coarsely. I recommend cutting thinner. And put not so tight. If as I have, then baked longer.
Mix eggs, sour cream, cream, salt, sugar and cover with the sauce.
Spread over the surface of the pieces of butter. Sent to 45-50 minutes in a preheated 180*C oven. Willingness to test for softness. If you need to pester, covered with foil, so not burnt.
