A pleasant discovery for me was a combination of pork and oyster sauce, and butter, cream and herbs created 100% perfect image of summer meat. Welcome!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    4 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Dill

    30 g

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Spices

    10 g

  • Sauce

    50 ml

First we need to cut the carbonate to pieces. I take it without the bone so the meat was prepared quickly.

For the marinade finely slice the fennel, cook the mixture of peppers, cream and oyster sauce.

Pork lard with butter, this will make it more juicy and flavorful.

Connect pork, all the ingredients of marinade, pour the oyster sauce, mix and send to marinate. It would be good for 2-3 hours, but may be less.
